1) Review added by Chris and Alice McSkimming / 10-02-2008 (id 49) | My husband and I had the pleasure of having Lynda Payne as our marriage celebrant in August 2007. From the very beginning of the process Lynda helped us with all that needed to be done. She put in heaps of time and effort to assist us with choosing our vows and the general marriage service as we were struggling. She offered us a wide range of different options and tuned into what was important to us, and what suited us as individuals. With Linda’s assistance we ended up choosing vows that were perfect for us, that we would not have found without her. For me, at a personal level, I felt very empowered by being married by a woman. The service itself was simple, relaxed yet very individual (which was just what we wanted). Lynda supported us through the nerves and the tears of joy. She ensured we had all the little details such as pens to sign, and a table to sign on (we were married on a boat ramp!) and her husband was on hand with music that we had put together. She was the perfect celebrant that helped to make our special day a perfect day. Both my husband and I can highly recommend her! Chris and Alice McSkimming Nth QLD
2) Review added by Dave and Debbie Baldwin / 07-01-2008 (id 46) | It was a lovely surprise to find Lynda to perform our Wedding Ceremony, and we count ourselves very lucky we did. Lynda is exceptionally warm and friendly. She seemed to know exactly what we wanted and how to achieve it. Her warmth and humor made our special day that much more memorable. Lynda not only performed the ceremony for us, but she became a very memorable part of our lives. When a couple gets married, it is special and something they will never forget.....I have an added bonus for this day as I will never forget my Wedding day OR the name Lynda Payne. All we can say is a very heart felt thank you, and even that just doesn't seem to be enough. Not only did we find a celebrant, but we found a friend. Thank You. | ||||||
